After you fill out the form, you will be directed to Venmo to make payment, or you can pay by Paypal to kitsyc@hotmail.com. I can also send you an invoice if you need one. The information that I need for the Facebook ad is: what you offer, slogan, and what makes you different than other companies. I will also need the way you want people to contact you whether by phone or website and your logo.
