Thank you for your interest in the 3 Rivers Psychic Fair! Please read and sign the Contract Acknowledgement.

The fee for the booth is $110 for one day or $195 for both days (if two-day fair) which includes your space, two chairs, a tablecloth, & your name in the pamphlet.

Because the hotel has limited tables, if you own a table, please bring it.

Having 15-20 people provide their table will help us tremendously. If it is a week prior to the fair please check the FB page to make sure applications are being accepted before sending it in. If a post says we are closed for applications, please PM the page to get on the waitlist.

Spaces are first come, first serve. Your payment guarantees your booth. There are a few ways to receive additional business exposure: a post with your business info for $35, your business name featured on the main FB event ad for $35, and a 60 min workshop for $30. The workshop can be charged or free. There are also electric locations which allows you a guaranteed spot with electric and first dibs on a table. If you arrive close to when the fair starts, having electricity will allow you a better table without having to come Friday night. If you choose electric, I will reach out a day or two before the event to select your location.

Please promote the event by sharing you business post or the event post on your FB and Instagram pages the moment you send in application & payment. The farther out the post is advertised the better. Along with inviting people to the Fb event who would be likely to be interested in the event.

If you apply for a two-day event, March or Oct to participate in both days you receive a better rate with a 10% discount. Discount already applied on form.

When application is completed you will be directed to Venmo or Square. If you prefer Paypal you pay to kitsyc@hotmail.com.

The reason I feel I have been in business so long is because I allow businesses to be themselves. So charge what you want, sell what you want, decorate however way you want and set up whatever way. As long as you are in the space and your neighbor is fine with it, great!
